Eleonora was born in Sassari the 20th of February 1991. She graduated from agricultural science and technology in April 2014 from the university of Sassari. In the spring of 2017 she attended the university of Torino and acquired a degree in viticulture and enology. After many different viticultural and oenological experiences such as New Zealand (2018), Australia (2018-2019), Bordeaux (2015-2019), Eleonora arrived at Tolaini in March of 2020 as our assistant agronomist and as of January 2022 is now our head agronomist.
